Government employees in Andhra Pradesh always sided with Nara Chandrababu Naidu, thanks to his administration skills and the deep understanding he had on each and every government-related department. As a result, TDP developed a strong votebank amongst government employees.
Now, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is trying to implement a similar strategy.
In his recent media interaction, Jagan revealed that the work hours(10:30 AM – 5 PM) will be implemented strictly from now on. No government employee will be asked to work after 6 PM and related time management reforms will be implemented soon, he added.
Also, Jagan assured that the employees will not face any pension-related issues from now onwards as his government will assign a separate team to work on it.
These implementations will surely make Jagan a favorite to government employees and build a strong vote bank for him.
