Akshay Kumar to act in South again

Mumbai, January 17: Bollywood Super Star Akshay Kumar made his debut in South film industry with a powerful character in Shankar directorial Robo 2.O, now he is set to act in another South Indian film. According to the latest buzz, director Shankar is discussing with Akshay Kumar for a crucial role in his upcoming film Indian 2 , which is a sequel to the super hit film Bharateeyudu .

Initially, Shankar approached Ajay Devgan for this character. He also liked the character and agreed to play the role. After that Ajay Devgan left from this project, due to other commitments. Now Shankar is in talks with Akshay Kumar regarding this project. It is a negative role, Shankar feels that Akshay could make complete justice to it.

Indian 2 will begin shooting from tomorrow. kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal playing the lead roles in this film, and the film will be produced by Lyca Productions.
