4 TDP MLAs are expected to resign

In what could be a sensational development, 4 of TDP MLAs could be resigning their posts very soon. They are expected to do so soon after the forthcoming Tirupati by-election.

Apparently, Vallabhaneni Vamsi, Vasupalli Ganesh, Karanam Balaram, and Maddali Giri who have been staying away from TDP for a while now are planning to resign their MLA posts.

These 4 MLAs will be contesting on YCP ticket in the consequent by-elections.

YS Jagan had already made it clear that he will let other party MLAs join his party only after their resign their posts and contest in the by-election. He is following the same now.

These 4 TDP MLAs are expected to resign their MLA posts as soon as the Tirupati by-election is completed and they will start preparing for the coming by-elections.

Once these 4 MLAs resign their posts, TDP will be left with 19 MLAS. The party needs at least 18 MLAs on its side to confine as the opposition party of Andhra Pradesh. If they lose 2 more MLAs, the party will be stripped off the opposition status.
