Samantha skipped Nandhini reddy's movie

Hyderabad, January 12: We know that Samantha is going to play the role of 70 years old lady as the female lead in the remake of the Korean movie Miss Granny titled O Baby! Yentha Sakkagunnave . it is a story of an old lady who magically finds herself in the body of her 20-year-old self after having herself photographed at a mysterious photo studio.

This Korean film will be remade by director BV Nandhini Reddy and Samantha has been roped in to play the younger version of the character, but this was not true.

The makers have decided to cast senior actor Lakshmi for the role. Sources say that it is only apt to have two different actors essay the roles as it was in the original. However, the filmmakers considered Samantha to play the 70-year-old as well but it did not work out for various reasons.

O Baby! Yentha Sakkagunnave’s star cast also includes Rao Ramesh and Naga Shaurya in important roles. The film is bankrolled by Sunita Tati under the banner People s Media Factory and Suresh Productions.
