Hyderabad, December 01: Tollywood Young Hero Akhil Akkineni wants to be third time lucky. He is now working on his latest project Mr Majnu. The film’s shoot has reached its fag end. Most part of the film has been shot in London and the finishing touches are being given in Hyderabad.

The Akkineni’s wanted the flick to be released this December as this is Nagarjuna’s lucky month. Most of his big hits were released during this period. But, a December-release appears difficult now due to a slew of reasons. But, Nagarjuna wants to wind up the work by December 3. Later, nag wants to focus on promotions in a big way. He is also trying to get the film hit the marquee in the last week of December.

It is known that, Nidhi Agerwal has paired up with Akhil in this film. Nidhi has earlier acted opposite Naga Chaitanya in Savyasachi. The film bombed at the box office. Will she prove lucky for Akhil Akkineni? Let’s wait and see. The film is being produced by BVS Prasad and is being helmed by Venky Atluri of Toliprema fame.
