Dil Raju steps in for Maharshi

Hyderabad, Apr 20: As the release date of Maharshi is nearing by, the fans of Superstar Mahesh Babu are eagerly waiting with bated breath to witness their favorite actor on the silver screen, after a gap of one year. Even the makers have started promotions by releasing a couple of songs from the film. Meanwhile, the film has wrapped up its shoot a couple of days ago in Hyderabad. Superstar Mahesh, heroine Pooja Hegde, director Vamshi Paidipally, producer Dil Raju, DOP KV Mohanan and the main crew was present during the wrap up of the shoot. Even the dubbing works of the film are also nearing the completion.

Meanwhile, the buzz is that Dil Raju is going to take over the promotions of the movie from Mahesh's team. So far, it is Mahesh's team who handled the film's promotions but the fans are informing the producer that they did not like the way the film has been promoted so far. Hence, Dil Raju decided to handle the responsibility of the promotions to his own team. The pre-release event and the theatrical trailer release might be scheduled during the last week of this month or in the first week of May. The movie will hit the screens worldwide on May 9th.
