Actress Ekta Kapoor Becomes Mother

Mumbai, Jan 31: Here is the latest news that the Television top producer Ekta Kapoor has become a proud mother as she is blessed with a baby boy. The baby boy was born on January 27 and is healthy. It is learnt that Ekta’s family will soon bring the newborn to home soon.

In this regard, Ekta has followed her brother Tusshar Kapoor s footsteps by opting surrogacy for a child. Tushaar opted surrogacy three years ago, on June 1, 2016, and named his son Lakshya.

"I felt the time was running out fast and I couldn’t wait to have a family, have a child. That s something I won t be able to do as I grow older. I can always get married. That’s why I decided to become a single parent," had said Tushaar explaining why he opted for surrogacy.

Meanwhile, celebrities who have opted for this procedure are Lisa Ray, Shreyas Talpade and Sunny Leone.
