Egg Muffins

Ingredients:

Eggs - 4 (one Serving)
Sea salt - as per taste.
Black Pepper - as needed,
Milk - 4 table spoons
Chrushed cheese - 3-4 table spoons
Finely chopped veggies and bacon of your choice,

Preparation:

Take a bowl and break the eggs. Whisk the eggs well adding salt and pepper and milk.
In another small bowl add chopped veggies and bacon and mix well
Preheat the Oven for 5 minutes.
Take your muffin tray and greese it with butter. Pour egg batter into muffin molds half way.
Now add the mixed veegies and bacon mixture in each egg filled muffin mold moderately.
Place the muffin Tray in oven and bake it for 15 min at 160 degrees centigrade.

Yummy egg muffins are ready to eat. you can even store them in fridge for 3-5 days, in a air tight container. Add stuffing of your choice to try different taste of muffins.





Whole wheat apple pancakes



Ingredients:

1 cup low fat butter milk
3/4 cup non fat milk
2 large eggs
1 table spoon honey and 6 table poons maple syrup
1 medium apple diced
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon baking sodas
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Steam the diced apple until they become soft.
In a large bowl whisk, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
Take another bowl and mix butter milk, eggs, low fat milk and honey and mix them well.
Now add dry ingredients mixture to it and strill until everything combines well.
Take a non stick pan and heat it. Pour small portions of batter and spread the steamed apple slices and cook for 5 minutes each side.
Once fully cooked on both sides serve these pancakes topping with steamed apple slices, maple syrup and honey for that extra richness.
