HDFC Bank's new mobile app remains unfixed

New Delhi, December 03: We all knew that Almost seven days after HDFC Bank’s new mobile application malfunctioned, several users, are still unable to use its internet banking service properly.

Coming to details, HDFC Bank customers started complaining about the updated mobile application malfunctioning last week. The application was pulled from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on December 1.



The HDFC Customers continue to be unable to access the app since it was updated. When users tried to access the app, it said: "Sorry, we are experiencing high traffic on our servers. Please try again after some time."

The HDFC bank, through its Twitter handle, had on November 29 issued a statement saying users, who moved to the app’s new version and deleted the old one, will not be able to use mobile banking till further notice. It has not revealed the reason why the mobile app malfunctioned.

The bank has also advised customers to use other HDFC Bank services such as internet banking, PayZapp, mobile banking and missed call banking. The bank has also said that customers using the older version could continue to use the service.
