Samantha Akkineni is one of the finest actresses in South India currently. She has essayed numerous characters with ease and continues to entertain audiences with unique roles.

It is already known that Samantha is all set to make her digital debut with the second season of The Family Man. Talking of Samantha's role, directors Raj and DK said that they wanted Samantha for the role, but weren't sure of her reaction. They said that they were thrilled when they got a positive response from her.


Raj and DK said that Samantha will be seen in a never before avatar in The Family Man Season 2 and that her role has a boldness and edginess in the series. They also said that she delivered her career-best performance in that role. The Family Man Season 2 is expected to start streaming on Amazon Prime in June. Manoj Bajpayee and Priyamani essay the lead roles in this series.
