Nagarjuna Sagar Assembly constituency by election, TRS Leader advised to withdraw and save his dignity!

Minister for Animal Husbandry Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Thursday advised senior Congress leader and the party's candidate K Jana Reddy to protect his dignity in politics by withdrawing from the by-election to Nagarjuna Sagar Assembly constituency as his defeat was unavoidable.

Speaking at a media conference at Haliya in Nagarjuna Sagar Assembly constituency, Srinivas Yadav said, As a senior politician Jana Reddy should withdraw his nomination and cooperate for the victory of TRS candidate Nomula Bhagath (son of late MLA Narsimhaiah). It would protect the dignity of Jana Reddy in politics, the Minister said and added that Jana Reddy would face again defeat in the hands of TRS candidate in the by-elections.

He held Jana Reddy responsible for the backwardness of rural areas in the constituency. He pointed out that Jana Reddy was elected to the Legislative Assembly for seven terms from the area. With his comments on his elections campaign, Jana Reddy indirectly accepted his defeat in the by-elections.

Reminding that Nagarjuna Sagar Assembly constituency witnessed no development during the tenure of Jana Reddy as an MLA, he said that the senior Congress leader got votes by misleading people all the previous times. But, now the people of Nagarjuna Sagar Assembly constituency are looking for a leader who would develop the area, he added. He reminded the overwhelming response to the election campaign of the TRS candidate in the Assembly constituency.

He said that Bhagath was a young leader and an educated person. He would continue his services for development of Nagarjuna Sagar Assembly constituency in the footsteps of his father Nomula Narsimhaiah. He exuded confidence that Bhagath would win the by-elections with a huge.

He reminded that educated people and youth supported the TRS in the recently held graduates MLC elections.
