Ramesh Kumar Case Video-conference Password leaked

Removing of Nimmagadda Ramesh as State election commissioner by state of Andhra Pradesh, the case hearing has been postponed by high court.

High court held proceedings through video-conference. Around 40 people participated in the video conference, which irritated CJ Jitendra Kumar Maheswari. CJ asked explanation from AG as how 40 people were allowed and how the password has been leaked.

There was lot of cross talk when the hearing was going on and this irked CJ.

Next proceedings will be conducted directly , not through video-conference said CJ and asked everyone are ordered to maintain social distancing during next proceedings which will be held next Monday.
