32,000 suspects in AP to be tested soon

The healthcare minister of Andhra Pradesh Alla Nani interacted with media and spoke about the Coronavirus outbreak in the state. He also made a couple of interesting statements regarding the Coronavirus scare and the measures that are being taken by the state government.

"We had conducted a total of 88,601 tests in Andhra Pradesh till date. 1332 people have tested positive for Coronavirus," he stated.

Adding further, Nani said, "We had identified 32,000 Coronavirus suspected cases during the recent door-to-door medical survey that was held very recently."

Nani asserted that these 32,000 samples will be tested at the earliest and the results will be out very soon. He went on to say that Andhra Pradesh is one of the best performing states in the fight against Coronavirus.

Notably, the government of Andhra Pradesh has also kick-started the door-to-door delivery of ration supplies scheme.
