KCR to give a key post to his daughter

If the latest reports are to go by, TRS chief, K Chandrasekhar Rao is set to give a key post to his daughter, Kalvakuntla Kavitha.

Apparently, Kavitha will be fielded as TRS MLC candidate in Nizamabad local body elections. She will be filing her nomination tomorrow I'm the presence of TRS cadre and supporters.

Given TRS's strength in the assembly and local body elections, Kavitha's election as MLC is a mere formality.

Previously, Kavitha lost from Nizamabad parliamentary constituency in the 2019 elections and she has been trying to be proactive in politics. This is the reason why KCR decided to give her the MLC post.

TRS is expected to issue an official statement regarding Kavitha's candidature tomorrow.
