AP government sets a sensational record

The government of Andhra Pradesh has taken YSR old-age pension scheme very prestigiously and has been implementing it on a grand scale.

Incidentally, the government volunteers who were hired by the state government are delivering the pension amount directly to the households.

Today, the state government distributed pension amount to 45.24 lakh individuals out of the total 58.44 lakh beneficiaries and this is a record. No other state government has directly delivered pension to these many beneficiaries in a single day.

YSR pension scheme was one of the biggest promises made by Jagan ahead of the elections and he is paying special attention towards the same.
