The speech of Vijay Devarakonda at the success meet of 'Geetha Govindam' touched many hearts.

Vijay Devarakonda said that."After the release of every film, I was asked did I anticipate such big success. I feel uncomfortable saying I haven't expected so much love. I should go in search for some other answer. When I am trying to surprise with every movie, You (people) are shocking Me instead with your reaction".



"The 'Rowdy' Star gave credit for three pillars for the success of 'Geetha Govindam' - 'Firstly, Bunny Vas. He was the one who made Me listen to the story. He made Me realize it's an universal film. May be, I wouldn't have signed this movie had if he didn't convince Me. Secondly, Parasuram should get credit for all the praises I have been receiving for my performance. Thirdly, Allu Aravind is behind some major decisions for this film's success. He was the one who suggested August 15th release. Though he hadn't visited sets mostly, Allu Aravind was present in the editing room to ensure if everything is perfect. He offered Me lot of freedom in promotions though Geetha Arts have a long history", Vijay added.

Vijay lauded Chiranjeevi for spending 1 hour with 'Geetha Govindam' Team discussing about what he liked about the movie when they had gone to invite him for the Success Meet.

"I had a feeling..Alasu Em Nadusthundhi Boss Ikkada. Naaku Enni Sarlu Meetho Unna Ardam Kadu Sir Emouthundo. Chiru sir came here though he have Sye Raa shoot Today. I don't know why he is doing so much for us though Sye Raa is his dream project...It's just because of his large heart! Thank You So Much Sir!," he said.
