Geetha Govindam Pre-Release Event Venue Confirmed

Hyderabad, Aug 10: Tollywood's young Superstar Vijay Devarakonda is all set to test his luck with Geetha Govindam which has been announced for August 15th release.

Parasuram directed the movie and the makers have been busy promoting the film. The audio album along with the teaser have been smashing hits and kept the expectations high on the film.

The makers have announced the details and poster of a grand pre-release event that would take place in RK Beach, Vizag on August 12th right before the release.

Megastar Chiranjeevi will attend the event as Chief Guest and will bless the team of Geetha Govindam. Vijay Devarakonda has been left in surprise right after he has been informed that Chiranjeevi would attend the event as Chief Guest. Rashmika Mandanna is the heroine in this romantic entertainer and GA2 Pictures produced the film. Gopi Sunder composed the tunes and background score for Geetha Govindam.

Geetha Govindam is all about the romantic tale of lead pair – Geetha played by Rashmika Mandanna and Govind played by Vijay Devarakonda. The story revolves around Govind with a roving eye for women and his girlfriend Geetha. What happens to the lead pair forms the story of Geetha Govindam.

Apart from the lead pair, Geetha Govindam has other stars like Vennela Kishore, Subbaraju, Kalyani N, Abhay Bethiganti, Rahul Ramakrishna, Sandhya Janak, and others in supporting roles.

The technical crew of Geetha Govindam includes Gopi Sunder for the music, Manikandan for the camerawork, Martand K. Venkatesh for the editing, and Ramana Vanka for the art direction.

The movie has completed the censor formalities and the few cuts were suggested by the Censor board and also few scenes are deleted by the movie team keeping the duration in mind. It is said that all these deleted scenes will be released on youtube before the release of this movie and this would be the first of its kind. Geetha Govindam is scheduled to hit the theaters on 15th August.
