Hyderabad, May 14: The biopic of legendary actress Savitri titled Mahanati has been creating a sensation at the box office, the film got a tremendous response from the fans and as well as critics.

Nag Ashwin directed the movie while beautiful actress Keerthy Suresh essayed the role of the legendary actress.

According to the sources, The makers recently closed the satellite deal of the film. Zee Network acquired the satellite rights of Mahanati for all the languages for a record price of Rs 11 crores which is equal to half of the investment of the movie.

Mahanati has been doing exceptional business across overseas and multiplexes in Telugu states. The Tamil version of Mahanati too opened loud and is raking decent money. Mahanati is being dubbed into Malayalam currently and will release soon.
