Mahanati collections in Overseas

Hyderabad, May 10: Tollywood prestigious biopic of legendary actress Savitri 'Mahanati', directed by Nag Ashwin has released across the world on May 9.

The film, which is based on the life of legendary actress Savitri, stars Keerthy Suresh, Samantha Akkineni, Dulquer Salmaan and Vijay Deverakonda in the lead roles.

According to trade, the film has collected $310k from the premieres held across the US.

The film has been receiving positive reviews from the opening shows in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Soon, Mahanati is all set to break box office records.

However, neither Mahanati nor Nadigaiyar Thilagam didn't release in Tamil Nadu. Both the Tamil and Telugu version of the film will release on May 11.
