Hyderabad, Apr 05: Rangasthalam movie director Sukumar got second biggest grosser of Telugu films after Baahubali franchise.

In the movie, Ram Charan and Samantha played the main lead roles along with Aadhi Pinisetty, Jagapati Babu under the Mythri Movie Makers banner while Devi Sri Prasad scored music for this movie

This film has received good run and earned decent money across the Tamil Nadu State (TN) on its first weekend.

But according to the source, the ongoing strike in Tamil Nadu State, the Tamil film industry requested Telugu Film Producers Council to stop screening Telugu films in TN.The Telugu film producers council decided to stop screening Telugu films in Tamil Nadu from Sunday, by this, the Rangasthalam film will get a break in Tamil Nadu.

The Tamil Nadu Producers Council flagged their protest against the hike in virtual print fee and the online ticketing charges.

TFPC clarified that the strike will be called off only after their demands are met.
