PNB Scam effect Workers protest in Hyderabad for employment

Hyderabad Feb 20: A Bigger scam has been identified in recent days and the Massive default of loan of Rs 11400 Cr by Jeweler Nirav Modi to Punjab National bank has shaken the nation. Currently, many agencies are investigating the case.

Recently the Enforcement Directorate has raided the Gitanjali gems and Jewellery factory in the Hyderabad and has seized the diamonds and has closed the factory till further orders .However Nearly 300-700 workers were impacted by this move and they have protested demanding justice.

The workers have said that "our employment has been ripped off for no fault of ours and we demand authorities to ensure that employment is shown to us in other companies ".

Many political authorities have supported them However they said they would continue to strike till they have been provided employment.
