Vijay Devarakonda confirms his role in Mahanati

Hyderabad, December 20: Vijay Deverakonda one of the Happening hero in recent times. His recent movie Arjun Reddy has bagged an enormous hit and the actor is getting plenty offers in the Industry.

Currently, Vijay is Playing a crucial role in the Biopic of Legendary Actress Savithri.There is a buzz that has erupted that Vijay is playing MGR role but he denied all the rumors and he clarified it.

Vijay said,"I am actually playing a journalist. Both Samantha Ruth Prabhu and I play journalists who set out to piece together the story of Savithri's life."

The biographical drama written and directed by Nag Ashwin will star Keerthy Suresh in the role of Savitri and Dulquer Salmaan in the role of Gemini Ganesan. Also featuring Mohan Babu, Shalini Pandey and Prakash Raj in key roles, Mahanati will hit the screens on March 29.
