Huge Blow for Sasikala faction

Chennai, November 23:AIADMK ousted leader sasikala faction received a huge blow as the Election Commission on Thursday allotted the two-leaves symbol to the United Edappadi K Palaniswami-O Panneerselvam faction of the AIADMK.

Palaniswami said his faction is "very happy."

He took his twitter and posted that, EC has given judgment in our favor, we are very happy. Majority of party workers supported us.



Sources said the Election Commission has rejected TTV Dhinakaran's claim saying he "doesn't enjoy support in the party." Mr Dhinakaran claims he has the support of 18 lawmakers and many others in the AIADMK.
