Deepika angry; Padmavati 48hr rangoli destroyed by Karni sena

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati, starring Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor has been been the center of controversy from the time the shooting started. The film has attracted the wrath of the Karni Sena activists, who are convinced that the film is a distortion of history.

Recently, in Surat, artist Karan K's rangoli of Padmavati, which took 48 hours to make, was wrecked by a huge group of people.

Deepika finally lost her cool, and posted on Twitter. "Who are these people?Who is responsible for their actions?For how long are we going to let this go on?" she wrote.



Deepika tweeted
'absolutely heart breaking to see the recent attack on artist Karan and his artwork!disgusting and appalling to say the least!'

She also tagged Smriti Irani in her tweets and requested her to take some action.
'this has to stop NOW action must be taken!'
