Mahesh and team not attended court,HC fired

Hyderabad June 28: SuperStar Mahesh Babu's 'Srimanthudu' become a sensational blockbuster hit. A Writer Sarath Chandra moved to the court after the release of the movie accusing the Makers of Copy Rights violation. He alleged this feature film was hugely inspired by his novel 'Chachenta Prema'.

Actually, Team Srimanthudu didn't give much importance to either allegations or the case. Attempts of the out-of-court settlement didn't yield any results.

A few months ago, Sarath Chandra convened a press meet to convey he doesn't need any remuneration but sought inclusion of his name as the writer in the title credits of 'Srimanthudu' Hindi version.

Recently, The court has directed Mahesh Babu, Koratala Siva and Producers to appear in the court for the next hearing. Even the argument of Mahesh's Counsel citing he needn't attend the hearing wasn't entertained as Superstar is the Co-Producer of the movie.

Summons have been issued asking all of them to be present in the court. Still, Mahesh Babu & Srimanthudu Team had given a miss to the hearing. Judge reacted seriously as none of them were present in the court. This development has complicated the case and nobody knows how it's gonna end now.
