Mahesh to present in court

Hyderabad, June 13: A writer named M Sarath Chandra has filed a case against the Makers of Mahesh Babu's 'Srimanthudu' citing copyright breach.

Sarath alleged that 'Srimanthudu' is based on his novel 'Sachentha Prema'. He accused the Makers of denying him title credits and remuneration despite using his novel for the movie. He sought an injunction order from the City Civil Court as this Blockbuster hit movie now being remade in Hindi also.



The Court issued summons to superstar Mahesh Babu, Director Koratala Siva, and Producers asking to be present for the next hearing. Though Lawyers argued saying that Mahesh wasn't involved in script writing and sought the exemption for him from appearing in the court, But Judge didn't hesitate them at all and made it clear that all the parties must appear before the court at any cost.

Superstar is expected to attend the next hearing of his case. He might be had never expected something like this to happen to him even in the wildest dreams.
