Youth hanged Upside Down in Bihar

Bihar, June 6: In a shocking incident, two youth were hanged upside down and harshly beaten by a group of villagers for allegedly stealing five chairs from a wedding in Sonbarsa village in Kaimur district of Bihar.

Coming to matter, There was wedding ceremony in the house of Mahangu Bind, a strongman in the village. Soon after the marriage, he found five chairs were missing.

He had suspicion on the two youths, Raj Kumar Bind and Birbal Bind, called them to his house and Tied both of them with ropes, hung upside down and given a sound thrashing by a group of muscle-wielding men.



Both the victims are in their early 20s, after their poor families paid Rs 3,000 as compensation to wedding ceremony host Mahangu Bind, for the chairs that had gone missing, they were released.

However, a FIR was registered at the police station in connection with the barbaric incident on Sunday.

After registering the FIR, the police have arrested one person in this case. Mahangu and two others are absconding for fearing of arrest.
