Boy killed his Mother for Rs 200

Hyderabad May 08: A 14-year-old boy allegedly killed his mother for Rs 200. The incident took place in Mangalhat at Hyderabad on Sunday.

While coming to details, Renuka a 45-years lady is living with his 14-years Son at Mangalhat, Hyderabad.

The woman's husband had died 10 years ago. After the demise of her husband, she and her son started selling scrap material for their living, According to Mangalhat inspector A Sanjeeva Rao.

The inspector said, 'Both mother and son were addicted to liquor. However, Renuka saved some money for regular expenses and kept it secretly. They used to have frequent arguments over this. The boy found out that, his mother had money which she refused to give him.'



On Saturday night, Renuka returned home in an intoxicated state. The boy used to consume liquor daily and he asked his mother 200Rs for Consuming liquor. Renuka refused to give the money to him, the boy allegedly slit his mother's throat and started to cry.

Neighbors found the Renuka body and informed to Mangalhat police, The cops sent the body to Osmania University for Autopsy and registered a murder case.
