Pune Court issued divorce through Skype

Pune, May 02: A unique case came out of the civil court here, knowing everyone is surprised. According to the media report, a couple demanded divorce through the Skype, which is a video calling app here on Monday.

The Husband had come from Singapore to appear in court, while the wife could not come from London. Probably for the first time a divorce case was heard through Skype.

Explain that the court of VS Malkanptte reddy in Pune also allowed him to hear through Skype while recognizing the spotlight of the spot. This is probably the first case when a family court hearing through Skype has been heard in this manner. The couple had filed a divorce petition on August 12, 2016 with mutual consent.



It is notable that in the petition filed in court, it was told that during the college education, both of them got married on 9 May, 2015 from Hindu custom in Amravati. Both used to work in different offices. After this, he bought a flat in Pimpal-Saudagar.One month later both of them got an opportunity to go abroad. Husband got a job in Singapore and wife in London Husband went to Singapore, while the wife remained in Pune.
