Raj Ballabh Yadav is behind the bars for life

Patna, December 21: Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Raj Ballabh Yadav was a convict in a minor rape crime. Patna court has sentenced life imprisonment and fine of 50,000.

Additional Judge PS Yadav has announced the statement in court. Yadavs counsel has been associated with positive things about the social welfare programmes and he has been 2 times Member Of Parliament from Nawada

The Public Prosecutor, Sumeshwar Singh has countered his argument by saying that Yadav must be punished strictly for the rape of a minor, girl trafficking and for unpardonable offenses.
Court sentenced other 5 convicts that, Sandeep Suman must be behind the bars for 10 years, Radha Devi was sentenced with life imprisonment and fine of 20,000, Sulekha Devi was sentenced with life imprisonment and fine of 10,000. Chhoti alias Amritha and Tushi Devi have sentenced imprisonment of 10 years.
