Soan papidi Receipe

Hyderabad Jan 21: Currently many people are fond of soanpapidi and it is a sweet which can be prepared at home. The recipe of the sweet is as followsIngredientsGram flour- 1 1/4 cupMaida Flour-1 1/4 cupGhee-250 gsugar- 2 1/2 cupswater milk -2 Tsp cardamom crushed -1/2 Tspcharmagaz -2 Tsppreparation method# Mix gram flour and Maida flour# heat the ghee in a pan# Add Flour mixture and roast until golden color is achieved# prepare sugar syrup by adding sugar to boiling water# Mix the roasted flour in the sugar syrup# beat the mixture till threadlike flakes appear# spread the mixture on a greased bowl and roll the mixture# Sprinkle the charmagaz seeds and elaichi and gently press down with palm.# Cool the mixture and cut into squares, wrap individually into square pieces of thin plastic sheet.
