Hyderabad, Oct 30: A former cricketer MV Sridhar(51) has passed away on Monday. He was admitted to a private hospital in Hyderabad after he suffered a massive heart attack early Morning. He has played several first class and Ranji Matches on behalf of Hyderabad cricket team.Carrer:# He became a captain for Hyderabad Ranji cricket team # 1988-1999 he played 97 first-class matches and scored 6701 runs at an average of 48.91# He scored 21 centuries and 27 half-centuries.# He became the third most player to secure highest runs in the first-class cricketer.After retirement, he served many posts in BCCI.He has served as Tourney director for ICC T20 world cup held in 2016 in India. He was the team manager of Indian tour of Australia during 2007-08.Currently, he is secretary of Hyderabad Cricket Association.
