Facebook's most liked emoticon is 'Love'

Hyderabad, February 26: One of the Most popular social networks is facebook, which has joined in 179 crores people club. Facebook has been recorded 300 billion "Reactions" on posts and the "Love" reaction was used maximum times by its over 1.79 billion users, the company said on Saturday.

On February 24 last year, Facebook enhanced conversations by implementing "Reactions" -- a group of emojis that has "Love", "Haha", "Wow", "Sad" and "Angry" emoticons -- that joined the famous "Like" button. While "Like" is sticking around, new responses include "Love," "Haha," "Wow," "Sad" and "Angry."



To use Facebook's new response options on mobile, users can hold down the Like button until more options appear. On the desktop, users must hover their cursor over the Like button to make reactions appear.

The new buttons should appeal to Facebook users who have complained that "Like" is an inappropriate response to certain posts on the social network, like a friend mourning the death of a loved one or a serious news item.
