Telangana to setup World Class Image City

Hyderabad, February 16: The Telangana govt has been decided to set up a world-class animation and gaming city here to provide "the ideal environment" for businesses in animation, visual effects, gaming, and the comics industry.

The govt had prepared to establish the city at Rayadurgam in Hyderabad, which is in the area of 6.5 acres at Mind space junction near to Knowledge city.

The govt had invited the worldwide big production companies to build the project, which has the partnership of government and private sectors.
Presently, The animation, visual effects, gaming, and popular comic sectors are having more scope throughout the worldwide.

*A huge incubation center will be set up in the city.An image tower will be built with 100 meters of length, which has excellent texture.

*The studios will be built in 1.25 million square feet of land.Motion Capture,kromaki, production gallery, the sound stage, radio, mini-studios, seminar rooms, a large auditorium will be built in the studios.

*An Animation academy will setup in 97,000 sq ft of land.Remaining lands of 4 million sq ft will be filled with office space, business centers, hotels assignments etc.

* Many organizations are invited to invest in the city. Walt Disney, Sony, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, the well-known companies such as Tata, purple talk, Prime Focus, Prasad EFX, DQ Entertainment, sevenseas Entertainment, Greengold, makuta, Fire play other domestic companies to meet investment.

* Telecom, the mobile sector companies, animation companies are also invited.
