Are you suffering from lack of sleep??

Hyderabad, February 12: We can't work properly if eyes got exhaustion. if it will continue might get health damage. so to overcome this lack of sleep problems, we should follow below tips:

1. If you want to sleep properly, we should have no thoughts in your mind before going to bed. if possible you can meditate for 5 minutes then you can get better sleep.

2. Even we have more work, we should sleep in time every day, For this purpose, we should plan our day clearly to get sleep in time.

3. You can not sleep, if there is focusing light in your room, so make sure switch off lights. we should not watch computers, Tv, mobile phone up to 2 hours before going to bed.

4. Due to lack of hormones problems, we cannot get sleep. it's better to do exercise every day and take nutrition diet in every meal.

5. Nowadays most of the women are doing diet at nights, so it is major problem to lack of sleep, so make sure sleep without hungry as well as do not eat more.
