Note ban discussions from 9 months before

New Delhi, February 8: From the last year February only, there has been consultations held regarding the ban of high valued currency in the country revealed, the central government of India.

Out of 10 directors of RBI, 8 of them had participated in the conference which was held on November 8th. The Board committee had issued the final recommendation of Demonetisation to the government.

In the last year of May, it is decided by the RBI, to start the Printing of more valued currency in order to exchange the banned notes - stated Finance Minister.

And after that, there was a conference held weekly once. Seniors of Government and RBI had participated in the meeting.
