Hyderabad January 29: YOGA is an essential work in our day-to-day life. Everyone wants to do YOGA, and most of the persons are unaware of doing YOGA properly.

Every person has to do YOGA with zeal and enthusiasm but after completion of two weeks, they got reluctance cause due to the lack of knowledge in yoga.

Most of the yoga persons are facing problems that especially in the women, "They were easily losing their energy in the form nutritious. And it is called as "LOW ENERGY AVAILABILITY".

LOW ENERGY AVAILABILITY causes due to taking less number of nutrients.

According to the survey from NEW ZEALAND that, 40 % of the YOGA members were facing this problem especially in women". This leads to because of "low in the diet, restless work and not taking food after the completion of yoga" these are the main reasons for this LOW ENERGY AVAILABILITY", as survey said.

Not only above reasons but LOW ENERGY AVAILABILITY leads to periods problems and change in cholesterol ranges as the survey says.

So from this point, take necessary diet after completion of yoga like EGGS and Sprouting seeds which will helpful for the human body.
