How to Overcome Mental stress?

In this modern era, irrespective of the age, most of them were engaged in their profession and had their busy schedules. Working more as well as managing personal life has become a great risk nowadays.

Especially, newly married women are the main victims of this kind of situations. As soon as after studies, getting married, personal life and professional life starts to show pros and cons of an issue. And they get confused to manage their family and finally affected by 'mental strain'.

Yes, 'MENTAL STRESS' - This is what I want to discuss with you guyzz. Because most of the people found to be energetic physically but, if we ask about their mental fitness, immediately you will get the reply that they have become mentally strained.

Even Iam having weekend, Iam not supposed to overcome my mental stress. this is all because of over-pressure, says experts.

Change the Pattern :

# Daily same routine, Same work in the office, this is the major impact of over-stress. Firstly, its better to come out of those. Start-up with small ones. For example, Daily morning you are travelling to the office by 2-wheeler than
change your sub-routine and go travel.

# Throwback to your work, even though it is the routine task as daily, why not try it in a different manner. You might get better result (or) you may find something different.

Don't relate your Arrogance :

# Today, you are supposed to complete the work at any cost, then donot link it with your Ego. If you get succeed, don't take it as individual success and if it is failure, don't think that you are a loser.

# Its better to take-up every aspect with 100% of dedication and determinattion.

Write it :

# Write the things at one place, which are irritating you much. I am sure, this will help you to recover your energetic mental peace and gives much excitement to your state of mood.
