Airtel must pay penalty to TRAI : Jio

New Delhi, January 28: We already know that, an invisible war is running between both telecom companies Reliance Jio and Bharathi Airtel after the announcement of Jio's free welcome offer.

While coming to details, Reliance JIo company has filed a complaint with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI) against Bharati Airtel company.The objection states that The airtel company had moved the customers into a wrong track with several untrue statements.

Jio company alleged that Airtel has to promote overly about the Free usage offers.It is also giving ads which include wrong tariff details in some offers.

Jio demanded that, The heavy reparation has to pay for the wrong announcements by airtel.It is also not mentioned about free usage policy(FUP) in any kind of promotions.If anyone calls to the company, then only giving an explanation in the call center.

These all aspects concluded that Airtel had violated the terms and conditions of TRAI.
