A new app for cash payments 'BSNL-SBI Mobicash m-wallet'

Hyderabad, January 17: The BSNL-SBI Mobicash M-Wallet service was launched here on Tuesday for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States.

Chief General Manager of Telangana Telecom Circle L. Anantha Ram and Chief General Manger of State Bank of India, AP and Telangana, Hardayal Prasad, officially launched the service.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Anantha Ram, said the m-wallet would meet the objectives of the Union Government to promote cashless/digital payment methods.It is very useful, which avoids cash crunch problems.

Mr. Hardayal Prasad of SBI said that, The customers of BSNL could load money into the m-wallet at BSNL retailer outlets. In order to load the wallet, they need not have debit/credit card, net banking or not even a bank account. They could directly transfer their funds without the IFSC code.
