Heart Breaking News: Mahendra Singh announces his retirement

Going by team India former captain MS Dhoni's latest post on social media, the cricketing legend has retired from international cricket.



"Thanks. Thanks a lot for your love and support throughout. From 1929 hrs consider me as retired." Dhoni wrote on his official Instagram account.

Dhoni was last seen playing in the ICC men's cricket world cup last year and he has announced his retirement from international cricket all of a sudden today.

Dhoni will be taking part in the forthcoming IPL season which will kick off on September 19th.

Dhoni's fans on social media are in a state of shock as they weren't expecting the star player to announce his retirement ahead of the IPL tournament.
