Video: This queue is for liquor-an extremely essential service

The Indian government has given permission to open liquor shops in all the green and orange zones, while giving a few strict guidelines. Strict social distancing is to be followed while buying liquor, and not more than two people are allowed near the shop at the same time.




People from all the green and orange zones are now lining up in front of liquor shops to get their share of alcohol after more than a month.

We can also see that everyone's maintaining proper distance while they stand in line for alcohol.

However, with so many people standing in lines for so long, there are chances that the virus can spread to hundreds of people even if one person is infected. This is a little worrisome and the government should do something to make sure that these green and orange zones don't turn to Red due to any reason.

In Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh, people are ready to buy alcohol even if the government increases the prices by 15%.
