Vaccine to be available in India by September?

It is already known that Oxford University has started out human trials of the vaccine it developed for Coronavirus. If the trials go well, then the world might finally be able to take a breath of fresh air, knowing that life will get back to normal sooner than later.

India's Pune based Serum Institute has partnered with Oxford University to manufacturer these vaccine shots. If everything goes well, the vaccine shots are said to be ready by September, each dose priced at Rs.1000.

Trials of the vaccine are expected to start in India by May, with a few hundred patients who are willing to volunteer.

The institute is planning to produce and make available at least 5 million doses by September, and continue to produce 5 million doses each month for the first six months, and then slowly ramp up the number of doses per month.
