Telangana has released the notification for farmer loan waiver

The chief minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao has kick-started another massive scheme for the farmers.

Today, the government of Telangana has released the notification for farmer loan waiver scheme, which will be coming to effect soon.

As per this report, loans taken by farmers(upto Rs 1 lakh) between April 1st, 2014 and December 11, 2018 will be waived off by the state government.

The government will be providing cheques worth Rs 25,000 per year for farmers. This procedure will go on for 4 years and the loan amount will be paid in as many installments.

A family will be getting a maximum of Rs 1 lakh through this scheme.
