Akhil Next movie Title Locked

Hyderabad, Aug 10: Tollywood Young hero Akhil Akkineni has teamed up with actor-turned-director Venky Atluri for his next. The actor seems all set to take a step forward after working in 'Hello'.

Interestingly, the movie will mark the first time collaboration of Venky and Akhil and, the third film of the actor.

Other than this, rumours are doing the rounds in the Tinseltown about the title of the film. Speculation has it that the film has been titled 'Mister Majnu'. The actor's star father Akkineni Nagarjuna had done a film titled 'Majnu' in 1987 and the makers of the upcoming film thought that it might add a sentimental value.

The Akkineni Scion is mightily impressed with 'Tholi Prema' directed by Venky Atluri. He didn't wait any longer to decide this Young Director should be directing his next flick.

As per the latest update, 'Mister Majnu' is the title registered with Film Chamber for #Akhil3.

Moreover, Nani's 2016 hit film had also been titled as 'Majnu'. Well, the things are not confirmed yet and we will have to wait for official confirmation from the filmmakers. Meanwhile, the team is busy shooting for this film in the United Kingdom for the last twenty days and they are in a hurry to wrap up its schedule.
