Vishal's smart selection for what?

Hyderabad, July 14: Kollywood actor Vishal had a good run in the starting days of his career both in Tamil as well as in Telugu before a sequence of breakdown put him on the revive at the box-office.

At a pivotal circumstance in his career, he changed his route and started moving on to different kinds of commercial films like 'Detective' and 'Abhimanyudu'.

His latest film 'Abhimanyudu' had Samantha as the heroine, absolutely a pricey hypothesis for a Vishal film but the bet commercial as Abhimanyudu got a good response in Telugu as well because of her presence. Though it is not a straight Telugu film, it achieved Rs. 10 crore share in Tollywood market.

Now, Vishal is busy with the sequel to 'Pandem Kodi', the film which made him a star. And the heroine in the sequel is 'Mahanati' fame Keerthi Suresh.

Instinctively, this will matter the Tollywood audience as well and producer Tagore Madhu has already picked up the rights to the Telugu version.

Thus, Vishal through his smart selection of heroines is further upgrading his market in Tollywood.
