Today's Release: Times running for Karthi

Hyderabad, July 13: Karthi has been the most harmonious among Tamil heroes in Telugu market lately. His previous film 'Khakee' was a hit and he earned very good name with his act in 'Oopiri'.

Now Karthi's Tamil film 'Kadaikutty Singam' is releasing in Telugu as 'Chinababu'. Karthi's brother Suriya Sivakumar has been the producer of the film.

Pandiraj who made acclaimed films like 'Pasanga' is the director of this movie.

It is an unsophisticated rural drama in which Sathyaraj plays a key role. Sayyesha who made her debut with 'Akhil' movie is the female lead in it.



However, the Promos of Chinababu have received good applause from viewers. Village dramas can do wonders if they strike a chord with the audience.

Recently, Rangasthalam is a fine example of it. With no strong films in the market at the moment, it is a great chance for Karthi to expand his market in Telugu.

Karthi's films usually get solid opening here and Chinababu also is expected to open on a strong note today.
