Rohit Sharma Likes his Nick Name

Bristol, July 10: Indian Batsmen Rohit Sharma Who scored a sensational unbeaten century to power India to a seven-wicket victory in the third and final T20I against England has said he likes his Nick Name Hitman.

In doing so, he became the second batsman after New Zealand's Colin Munro to score three hundreds in the shortest format of the game. He also became the first Indian to achieve this unique feat. Rohit Sharma, said in a chat with Dinesh Karthik

Honestly, I kind of like 'Hitman' a lot. It goes with my name as well. I like that," said Rohit when Karthik asked him if he wanted to change his nickname to something else.

With three T20I hundreds and three double hundreds in ODIs, he has set the bar high and when asked to choose one of his favourites among the three, he looked as confused as ever.

"It is difficult because you also know how all these hundreds are. So, it is difficult to pick one of them. I've only got three hundreds and it is not like I've got a lot more and I can pick," said Rohit.

"In the past, people have asked me about my three double hundreds and pick one of them. I've never picked one because all three were very different and came at different times. As a cricketer, it is so tough to pick one hundred you score," he added.
