Where did the Central Government fail?

New Delhi, July 05: Former Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Praveen Togadia made sensational comments against the ruling Party BJP here on Wednesday.

He accused the Center of failing in all matters and demanded the removal of minority status for Muslims in the country and the implementation of the two children's policy.

The Center has failed to provide protection to women. "The money collected from taxpayers should not be spent on them only, it should instead be utilised for the welfare of all poor and needy people," he added.

He said that he would work for quality education and employment opportunities along with Hindutva agenda...

Togadia criticized the government for failing to control the rising prices in the country. In the country, farmers' suicides and unemployment have risen and the Center has failed to tackle them.

"More than 32000 cases of rape or attempt to rape took place in the country last year which clearly presents a picture that women and girls are not secured in the country," he said.

On the issue of farmer welfare, he demanded that the recommendations of the Swaminathan report be implemented and protection should also be given to labourers.

Pravin Togadia has been criticized by the Vasundhara Raje government in Rajasthan. Togadia said the ruling Vasundhara Raje government in Rajasthan will have to face negative impact of the Centre's failures in the upcoming assembly elections.
