Warangal Fire explosion: CM KCR announces Exgratia

Warangal, Jul 04: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Wednesday expressed shock over the death of 10 people in a massive fire explosion incident of Warangal district of Telangana.

Mr.Rao took to his twitter handle to convey his condolences to the families of the deceased. In a message, the Chief Minister conveyed condolences to the members of the bereaved families and directed officials to ensure good medical facilities for the injured at government expenses.



Chandrashekhar Rao also announced an ex-gratia of Rs 5 Lakh for the families of the deceased and also assured help in all respects.

Massive fire emerged in a firecracker manufacturing unit of Bhadrakali Fireworks, at Kashibugga area in Warangal of Telangana, at 11 am on Wednesday.

Around 10 people killed and fifteen workers were reportedly inside the factory.

Three workers are extremely critical and have been admitted to MGM Hospital in Warangal. Two others are yet to be found.

According to sources, most of the victims were women, and one minor boy has also reportedly died in the accident.
